Crisis Response Dog
Crisis Response Dogs are able to assist individuals that were affected by and dealing with the aftermath of natural or man made disasters such as fires, floods, tornadoes, and acts of terrorism.
Crisis Response Dogs can be used to help those in the lonely, stressful, or traumatic situations. This is most helpful for individuals who may not be able to own pets themselves, as it allows them to receive the physical and mental health benefits that therapy animals can provide.
Crisis Response Dogs can be used in retirement homes, nursing homes, hospices, schools, court houses and disaster areas.
